Planning a group visit
Begin with the location, the number of people and the kind of space they will use. A booked meeting, a common-area conversation and a shared desk day have different conditions. Describing those activities separately helps reception understand the plan without assuming one allowance covers everything.
Food
Cold outside food is allowed in meeting rooms. Alcohol is not allowed. Acme catering requires two business days' notice and is charged separately from the room fee or credits. Business days mean Monday through Friday in the examples, with no public holiday assumed.
A request for food does not increase room capacity or extend the paid session. Keep the room booking and food arrangement distinct in your correspondence. If a service or menu detail is not published, ask staff rather than inferring it from a general catering statement.
Coordinating arrival
Share the location, room, current date and booking ID with the group organizer. Reception is staffed weekdays 09:00–18:00. When you need staff to help with an arrival, describe the request to reception beforehand. Do not promise an arrangement from a read-only app example.
People and space
Summit can hold sixteen people, Maple and Fern eight, and the smaller rooms four. Common-area guest visits instead allow up to two accompanied guests per paid member for at most two hours during staffed hours. A day-pass holder has no guest allowance.
If attendees will work at desks before or after the meeting, plan that entitlement separately. Team desk days are shared across named people, and each person attending on a date consumes one. Use the Team guide for the attendance example and the booking guide for the final confirmation step.
