Arriving at Acme

Reception is staffed Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 at Harbor, Midtown and Garden. Eligible Unlimited members may have building access outside those hours, but staff presence is a different schedule. Day-pass, Flex and Team desk visits retain their weekday 09:00–18:00 windows.

Your entrance

Harbor and Garden have step-free main entrances. Midtown's step-free entrance is on the east side. The entrance summary does not describe every interior route. Use the accessibility guide or ask staff about the specific route that remains unclear.

Guest sign-in

A paid member may host up to two accompanied common-area guests for up to two hours during staffed hours. When the group arrives, identify the member who is hosting, introduce the guests to reception, and explain that the visit is in the common area. The host remains with the guests. A day-pass holder has no guest allowance.

Room attendees instead follow the booked room capacity. Give reception the location, room and booking reference for that session. Do not describe a sixteen-person Summit meeting as sixteen common-area guests under one host's allowance.

Confirmations

Keep the current date and reference available. If a booking has moved, distinguish its old cancelled confirmation from the replacement. The public app only demonstrates navigation and sample records, so it cannot confirm an actual arrival or booking.

Ask about a missing detail in the context of the visit you intend to make. A photograph or unrelated tenant's guide cannot establish Acme's interior route, access condition or staff arrangement.
